Rupes PROCUT 6-Inch Film Abrasive Discs are professional-grade dry sanding abrasives engineered for fast material removal, controlled surface refinement, and consistent finishing across a wide range of applications. Available in grits from P40 through P2000, the PROCUT series provides a complete sanding progression from aggressive defect removal and shaping to ultra-fine preparation before polishing.

The discs are constructed with a durable polyester PET film backing that provides excellent resistance to tearing, fraying, and deformation during demanding sanding applications. The stable film construction helps maintain even abrasive contact and produces a consistent scratch pattern across flat, curved, and contoured surfaces.

Coarse through medium grits use high-performance ceramic abrasive grains for increased cutting efficiency, while finer grits use aluminum oxide abrasive for controlled refinement and finishing.
