Free Shipping Offer

• Free shipping on orders over $100 (after discounts) to most areas in the Continental USA.

• Exclusions: Bulky items, Hawaii & Alaska (we keep shipping charges as low as possible).

 

Free Local Delivery

• Available for orders within Martin County, Florida.

 

Shipping Charges

• Continental USA: Flat-Rate Shipping of $9.99 for orders under $100.

• Hawaii & Alaska: Shipping costs reflect actual carrier rates.

• International Orders: We typically do not offer International Shipping.  However, if you're interested, please contact us to discuss possible options.

 

• Marine Detail Company, LLC reserves the right to select the most efficient and cost-effective shipping method based on order size, weight, and destination.

 

Order Fulfillment

• Orders before 12 PM EST: Ship same business day (except holidays & high-volume periods).

• Orders after 12 PM EST/weekends: Ship next business day.

• Priority & Express shipping services: Do not include Saturday delivery.

 

Delivery Time

• Orders ship from South Florida and typically arrive within 1-3 business days, depending on delivery location.

 

Order Tracking

• A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

 

Pick-Up Option

• Locally Available (please call first)

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Changes or cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed.

• Contact us immediately for modification requests.

 

Shipping Carrier

• Retail orders: Typically shipped via UPS Ground for best reliability.
