Mirka Gold 5-Inch Grip Sanding Discs are durable general-purpose abrasive discs designed for material removal, surface leveling, paint preparation, and finish sanding. The Gold series provides dependable cutting performance across marine, automotive, woodworking, metalworking, and general refinishing applications.

Each disc features aluminum-oxide abrasive grain supported by a strong paper backing. Resin-over-resin bonding securely anchors the abrasive material to provide consistent cutting action and dependable durability throughout the sanding process.

The semi-open coating and special stearate treatment help reduce clogging, loading, and pill formation when sanding paint, primer, filler, wood, fiberglass, composites, and other compatible materials. A Grip hook-and-loop backing allows quick installation and removal from compatible sanding pads.
