System 4000 Pad Washer

Lake Country System 4000® Pad Washer is a self-contained polishing-pad cleaning system designed to remove compound, polish, wax, paint residue, and other contaminants from foam, wool, and microfiber pads. Its Pure Flo® Technology separates clean washing solution from contaminated wastewater, helping ensure that each pad is cleaned with fresh solution instead of recirculated dirty water.

The spring-loaded, fluted wash plate massages the surface of the rotating pad to release embedded product and residue without unnecessarily damaging the pad material. A user-controlled pump delivers cleaning solution directly to the pad, while the removable catch basin collects used liquid for convenient disposal.

Compatible with rotary, dual-action, and random-orbital polishers, the System 4000 accommodates polishing pads from 3 to 7 inches. Regular pad cleaning helps maintain consistent polishing performance, reduces cross-contamination, and extends the usable life of detailing pads.
